How Does It Work?

Each week we’ll explore one of the world’s tastiest cuisines. I’ll be sharing my personal family recipes with you guys every week (both recipe cards and video recipes).

Because we are a community from all over the world, I’m doing my best to make these recipes as accessible as possible: no fancy kitchen equipment, easy-to-find ingredients and varying difficulties.

Simply choose and prepare 1 of the recipes, and share your creation with our community. To make it even more fun, I encourage you to involve a family member.

Right now, the recipes are still a surprise! Once we get started, you will receive written recipe cards and video recipes every week. I try to make the recipes as varied as possible so you can choose between appetisers, main courses, and desserts.

Yes, I’m doing my best to make this challenge as accessible as possible for anyone! Our community comes from all over the world so I’m being very careful to pick ingredients that are relatively cheap and easy to find almost anywhere.

Yes, the minimum per week is 1 dish, but if you’re free to cook as many as you want!

YES! While I personally am not a vegetarian, I try to make my recipes as accommodating as possible. Where possible, I make suggestions for ingredients that you can swap in and out.

Yes, I include both quick & easy recipes and some more advanced ones. On top of that, you won’t need any fancy equipment for any of my recipes!
